Returns Policy – Video Verification Requirement

To initiate a return, customers must provide a single end-to-end video recording that captures the entire unboxing process, from opening the parcel to inspecting the item(s).
The video should be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the condition of the product and its packaging.


2. Purpose of Video Verification:

The video verification process is designed to ensure transparency and authenticity in return requests.
It helps us assess the condition of the returned item and its packaging to facilitate a fair and efficient returns process.


3. Single Video Requirement:

Only a single, unedited video per return request is required. Multiple videos for the same return may lead to delays in processing.

4. Return Shipping:


• For defective or damaged items, we will arrange for a return shipping label.
• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process:


• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
